My back ache become worst each day. Can't sit for a long time. Like half of me is going paralyse.

lain kali duduk tu kn betul caranya. dalam bidang kejuruteraan ada istilah dipangggil "ergonomik".. tau tak? xtau search kat tenet..muehehehe
